Our client is a leading Australian supplier and manufacturer of fertiliser products, distributing nationwide and internationally. As they gear up for their busy peak season, we are seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to support operations at their Portland site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation in a safety-focused, fast-paced industrial environment.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating plant and equipment while contributing to efficient daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Front End Loader (relevant licence required)

• Working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

• Communicating effectively via on-site radio systems

• Strictly adhering to onsite safety policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience operating Front End Loaders

• A current Forklift licence (highly regarded)

• Strong computer skills, particularly in operational or control-panel environments

• A safety-first mindset aligned with company values

• Knowledge of fertiliser products (advantageous but not essential)

Requirements

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• Valid and current licences

• Full Australian working rights

• Physical fitness to safely perform manual tasks

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Have the ability to work day shift 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods is essential
